Shipping
In-stock merchandise will be processed for shipping within 3 business days. Orders placed during the holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, and out-of-stock items may take longer to process for shipping. Expedited and Overnight Orders will be processed for shipping within 2 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days from the day your order has been shipped for UPS and USPS ground deliveries to be delivered. Special order or custom-made items may take 4 to 12 weeks for delivery.
Items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 4 weeks due to color, style, size, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified via email if items are temporarily out of stock, discontinued, or back ordered. If you have special shipping instructions or requesting delivery before times indicated, please call or e-mail us for item status, special handling, and shipping options. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks are also accepted, but please call us to coordinate this type of payment. Once the cashier's check or money order has been received, we will process your order for shipping. Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be made prior to shipping. Please contact us at 1-800-449-2918, Fax 1-985-893-2347, or E-mail linen@thelinencloset.com. Since shipping confirmation emails are sent in the evening of the shipping day, there are instances when order cancellations cannot be done even when you have not received notification that your order has shipped. Orders for Special Order or Custom-Made items may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. We will work with the artisans to attempt to minimize or waive the cancellation fee. After we have shipped your order, cancellations are covered under our Return Policy below. Special Order and Custom-Made merchandise are NOT returnable (see exchange policy below).

Returns
Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning your order. Do not return orders without a RMA number. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 business days of receipt for any reason, we will either replace the item or issue a refund upon return, minus shipping and handling and restocking fee if applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping, return of items to the correct return address below, and for any packages lost or damaged in the return shipment. ALL merchandise and packages must be returned in re-saleable condition with all original packaging (plastic bags, insert cards, etc.) and not to have been used, washed, or damaged in any way. Returns that are received "used, washed, or damaged" or "without original packaging" are not re-saleable and will be returned to the customer. Special Order and Custom-Made merchandise are NOT returnable (see exchange policy below).
Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days of receipt with additional transaction time required for credit to post to customer credit card accounts. Your bank or credit institution can provide you with more information about transaction time specific to your institution and account.

Exchanges

Most items can be returned and must be within 30 calendar days of receipt for exchange. All items which indicate "Special Order" or are Custom-Made are NOT-RETURNABLE. If your Special Order or Custom-Made merchandise is the wrong color, wrong size, damaged or defective, the item may be exchanged for the same item. Refunds or credits cannot be issued on Special Orders or Custom-Made items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges during exchange (return of original merchandise and shipping of new exchanged merchandise). All items received for exchange must be returned directly to The Linen Closet in original, resalable condition and not to have been used or washed.

Warranties, Defects, and Claims
All items are warranted for 30 calendar days from date of receipt by customer. The Linen Closet and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear and tear, abuse, mistreatment, or damages from use.
Items which are reported defective within 30 calendar days of receipt will be replaced or refunded by The Linen Closet or its manufacturers once verified (case by case basis). Please contact us via phone 1-800-449-2918, Fax 1-985-893-2347, or E-mail linen@thelinencloset.com to resolve the issue. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued. Wrinkling of fabrics is common for most 100% cotton materials and is not the reason for return once washed or used.
